VDK-2300-TANDEM
This is FRE’s flagship. In order to process complex shapes and details, this system can identify parts using vision. Complex paths are realized with two robots as a result of true CAD/CAM process. Paths are created with FRE’s path-planner MoDusCAM© with ease. Overall system motion may be simulated through RoBoGuide® allowing the user to test new tooling and optimize joint motion. VDK2300 is a custom unit for processing complex ring crowns and settings, flats, bracelets and earrings. This is the most capable robotic jewelry system in the world.
