VDK-1250-C

This CLASSIC unit performs pre-polishing, polishing and buffing operations on almost unlimited style and size variations. It provides a capability to change over 30 different polishing parameters dictated by a style. CLASSIC is designed to answer small and large manufacturing needs such as dissecting the crown, open shank rings, approach angle choice, comfort shanks, V-shanks, different setting types etc.

  • Style dependent adjustable parameters
  • 120 ring capacity on a fixed tray. Any tray station may accept a different ring style that may vary in size from 5-12
  • Capability to accept externally created path files that will allow processing of complex ring shapes
  • Unit can work in two modes: a) IIOT mode and b) traditional interactive mode
